At Arogyam Bhumi Natural Farms, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been dispatched and is still in one of the following statuses:
Pending Payment
Processing
On Hold
Cancellation Request
To cancel an order, customers can use the Cancel Order button available in their account under My Orders.
All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
More than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed.
The order has already been dispatched or shipped.
The order has been marked as Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, or Failed.
Refund After Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved and payment has already been made, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
